Refurbishment of internal surfaces carried out on the basis of our recommendations and directive

  1. Removal of all existing sealant from expansion joints
  2. Grinding of joint faces to remove all surface contamination
  3. Hire pressure water blasting the entire pool surface to remove foreign matter
  4. Conducted adhesion test to original coating to ensure bonding between old and new Epoxy coatings
  5. Application of 3 coats of M/C Epoxy at a rate of 600-800 microns dry film with sanding between coats to eliminate high spots and bond failure
  6. Carried out line markings throughout pool
  7. Measuring of thickness progressively
  8. Application of chlorine resistant joint sealant to expansion joints
