- Removal of all existing sealant from expansion joints
- Grinding of joint faces to remove all surface contamination
- Hire pressure water blasting the entire pool surface to remove foreign matter
- Conducted adhesion test to original coating to ensure bonding between old and new Epoxy coatings
- Application of 3 coats of M/C Epoxy at a rate of 600-800 microns dry film with sanding between coats to eliminate high spots and bond failure
- Carried out line markings throughout pool
- Measuring of thickness progressively
- Application of chlorine resistant joint sealant to expansion joints
