The Body Corporate CTS 34087 contracted repair works to their Spa and Pool principally relating to the following works:
- Spa Works
Removal and reinstatement with new, of all coping pavers, spa tiles and membrane. - Pool Works
Removal and reinstatement with new, of all coping pavers and remediation of the wet deck including installation of new membrane. - Balance Tank
Waterproofing to internal block work shell.
