The Scope

1. Light grind the horizontal surface of crack area
2. Route out cracks by mechanically profiling/grinding
3. Mark off slots at approx. 250mm – 300mm centres at 90 degrees to crack
4. Strip grind slot to stitch bar length and depth
5. Blow out or clean slots by vacuum suction
6. Prefill slots with epoxy resin mix – half depth
7. Install carbon fibre stitch bars
8. Top up slots with epoxy resin mix and neatly trowel off
9. After resin cures (2-4hrs), Reprofile concrete surface to CS2-3 profile
10. Clean and vacuum
11. Install Primer and Top Coat
12. Fast return to service after overnight cure
