The Scope
The scope is divided into 8 main areas for this job:
- Demolition and removal of the underwater windows, waterline and concourse tiles.
- Design, engineer and install high strength construction grout to the prepared window voids.
- Concrete repair to severe spalling to the Overhang Slab edge.
- Install appropriate waterproofing systems.
- Prepare and re-coat the pool surface including waterline tiles.
- Re-tile the concourse areas.
- Re-paint all areas affected by the renovation works.
- Design, manufacture and install new pool pump pit lid and fencing.
Efficient Time Frame
Job was completed in approximately 8 weeks over the 2018-2019 Christmas/New Year
period.
Working Relationship
An excellent working relationship was formed between Concrete Seal’s site team and the Olims Body Corporate delegates.
Return to Service
A functional and aesthetically pleasing swimming pool was handed back to the client.
Satisfaction
Client was extremely happy with the final outcome.
